Pre-Qualification of Suppliers

INVITATION FOR THE PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE PROVISION OF GOODS, SERVICES AND WORKS FOR THE PERIOD OF 2024-2026


Prequalification Reference Number: [UBA/PREQ/2024-2026]

United Bank for Africa invites applications for pre-qualification from eligible entities (including existing suppliers) under the listed categories:

a) Applicants are required to deposit a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Ugandan shillings one hundred thousand only) to the account details below at any UBA Branch. ACCOUNT NAME: SUSPENSE ACCOUNT, ACCOUNT NUMBER: 51012527003

b) The Pre-qualification documents shall be obtained from the under-listed address from the 05th January to 06th February 2024 (working days only) between 9:00am and 4:00pm upon presentation of a copy of the deposit slip for the aforementioned non-refundable fee.

c) Responses to this prequalification notice shall be delivered in sealed envelopes (one copy) clearly marked with details as per the example below; “Applications for prequalification for e.g. Supply of Branded Promotional Items (UBA/SUPL/2024/65)

e) Responses submitted after the official deadline shall not be accepted.
